Can recommend for a weekend break
Quirky room, friendly staff, the free wi-fi in rooms made staying connected easy, and the convenient location was just a 10-minute walk from Paddington station for exploring nearby attractions.
Nothing to improve.

The room felt like a cramped antique space, reminiscent of a horror film, with moths fluttering around and an uncomfortable mattress. The shower situation was less than ideal, with the water barely warming up. Breakfast was disappointing, featuring stale croissants and a lack of basic items like butter and jam. the friendly staff helped ease some frustrations.

Distinctively themed rooms offer a unique appeal, with quirky decor elements that set the atmosphere apart. Its proximity to major attractions makes it convenient for those wanting to explore the area.
The room size, particularly in the single room I stayed in, was cramped. The en-suite bathroom felt squeezed, with an uncomfortable shower that required a loud pump to function properly. I found it difficult to enjoy privacy and space due to the thin walls. I could hear every cough and movement from neighboring rooms. The breakfast consisted mainly of cold croissants left outside the room, lacking any thoughtful presentation. Heating issues compounded my stay as the room felt chilly, and efforts to address it were insufficient. My experience with the window showed it couldn't be opened properly, allowing noise and air leaks, which added to my discomfort.

Unique themed rooms create a fun atmosphere. The mattress was uncomfortable, leading to a poor night's sleep. Breakfast left outside the room is basic and lacking variety.

i loved my stay at pavilion! the unique design of the hotel is amazing, with each room having its own theme. it's just a short walk to the nearest hop-on-off bus route and about 10 minutes to hyde park and oxford street. the staff were super helpful, especially with luggage storage.

The quirky decor drew me in immediately. Unique vintage furnishings added character to the room. Location near Paddington station was super convenient for getting around the city. Staff greeted me warmly and were very helpful with my queries. The room, however, had some downsides. Lighting was quite dim, making it tough to see clearly. The twin single beds pushed together weren't ideal. I preferred a double setup for comfort. Bathroom space also felt cramped with a tiny sink placed awkwardly in the corner. The heating wasn't working well. the room felt chilly during my stay. Despite these issues, the charm of the place made me appreciate it more than I might have otherwise. Breakfast was simple but adequate. I enjoyed the pastries, though a bit more variety would have been nice.
